I have not completed my Form Submission limit ,so why programme show me message that Upgrade your account?

I checked your account and you're in good standing and you are far from reaching your submission limit.
Checked your mail logs, but can't seem to find the email that is stating that you have reached your submission limit.
You may ignore the email message you have received.
