Text is not centered in my card form

Have a survey form and the text on the first card is not centred, but set lower within the form window, any reason why that is?

I checked your form, and the text seems centered when you think of it. It looks not centered because of the next button, when you remove the next button, you will see the text is centered on the form.

Unfortunately, we cannot edit the position of the text with card form.
