How to break form to 4 pages?

    Hi guys,

    I am have a form that is very long and will like to break it up into 4 pages, can that be done, with a button in the bottom that would say Next or Next Page? Maybe even a progress bar? Let me know if this is possible.Thank you very much.

    Yes, we have exactly that, you can use page break field:

    And place it where you want to have a new page in the form, back and next buttons will be added as well.
