Can I create a conditional form?

I want to ask a question at the top of the form and depending on the answer a specific set of questions pops up.

So I ask, is this a truck or a trailer...If they select truck, then a inspection checklist for a truck shows up.  BUT if they say trailer, the inspection checklist is for a trailer.

Is this possible?
