    Hi,

I have made a printable form, so customer can fill it up and print it when ready, but it seems that you can put as much information as you want in the white boxes and they will take it all, but when it is printed it only print the standard size of the white box, so anything written that is more is not printed, I hope I explain myself clearly. Please check the screenshot attached.

    Could you help please?

    Thank you

    Daniel

Since you're using the print button and such function uses the browser print feature, it's not currently possible to control that.

Instead, I would recommend you to provide your submitter with the PDF report of the submission, this can be in fact customized and include all the information submitted on your form.

You can include the PDF report in an email autoresponder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

Or provide the link through the thank you page: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page

    I hope this helps.
