My form shows an error when previewed

    Hello,

    I have encountered a few problems.

    1. When my form is loading from my website, or even when I'm previewing the form after editing, I see an error message. screen shot attached.

    I failed to see this error on your form. The same applies even if I try the same thing shown on your screenshot, where you're previewing the form inside the form builder.

    You also mentioned you're loading it from your website. Kindly share your website URL too so we can check your embedded form from there.
