Applying for a non-profit discount

Hi,  I am the president of the North Channel Minor Hockey Association in Ontario Canada.  I would like to apply for the non - profit discount. I am not sure what kind of document I need to send to get this discount?

I did visit this site and started to fill out the application.  My question is what kind of document do I need to upload to show we are a non-profit organization?

From the website my colleague has provided above, you will need to fill-up the form with all the needed information. If you have the form 990 document (tax exemption from the government), please have it uploaded also in that form. You may also provide other supporting documents to show your non-profit status.

Once your application has been approved, you may proceed with the upgrade. When upgrading, make sure that the price that you see is a discounted one. Otherwise, please let us know right away.
