I am also having this issue. Until it is resolved I had to turn ReCaptcha off.

Please provide the website where the form is embedded so we can further check it. I created a new form to test it and I was not able to replicate the issue.

I have cleared your form cache on our server. Please check it again if the issue still persists.

    Thank you.

Still having the same issue! Hit the CAPTCHA refresh if you don't see it.

You're right, I can see the problem. I have also escalated this thread to our developers so you will be informed here once this is fixed.

For what it's worth, I just solved this problem by removing the original Recaptcha field, and then re-adding it as if it was new.  I hope that helps folks.

Thank you for sharing the solution, GRBMarketing. Could you please share the form link so we can check it further?

I tried your solution and it was replaced with a different reCaptcha.

I tested it again and the issue still persists on the user's website.

I'm the "GRBMarketing" OP (original poster), but I should have posted my comment from this account; I'm a developer who manages many sites. My client shouldn't be seeing this thread in their inbox.
Yes, it does replace with a different Recaptcha format, but the warning indicates that Google is ending support for the V1 Recaptcha. So, as I understand it, you'll need to change formats anyway.  Can I send the form link to you privately?

*I signed out and back in as a different user, but this still posted under GRBMarketing.  >:-(

Let me see if the GRBMarketing user change worked this time.

John_Benson, I see in your screen capture video that you turned it off and back on.  I actually REMOVED the Recaptcha field, then added it back like a new field, which fixed my issue.

I'd prefer to send the form link privately, but will post here if necessary to help folks.

*Despite the user icon in the header saying that I changed profiles, this is still posting under the other account.  Guess I need to clear cache.

OP from the GRBMarketing comment above - I finally got my login to change!  Please direct comments / replies to the original GRBMarketing post here instead. I hope my proposed solution is helping folks.

    @joshcoen,

Glad to know the captcha worked on your end now.

If changes are still not reflected on the live form you may also clear the forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

    Thanks.

    Just a quick update:

Since v1 is being decommissioned by Google soon, JotForm now defaults all captchas into reCaptcha.

    Cheers!
