Card Forms: Why does the input table has scrollbars on mobile?

2. I've commented a screen shot of a multiple entry field that looks bad. Can it be formatted differently?

The Input Table element is re-formatted on mobile devices in order to avoid having scrollbars, the element should split the sections like pages in order to avoid the scrollbars. The element should actually look like this on mobile:
