    Your account got suspended because of the "Insurance Quote" form is using a copyright logo. Please check our terms of use for more information.

    We need to remove the logo so we can re-activate your account back in good status. Let us know if that is okay with you.

    I have now removed the logo and any information related to the form identifying it to be part of AT&T, and have reactivated your account.
