Encrypted form: I am not able to see the customized fields and on the email notification

    Is this because it is encrypted? 

    What I receive is simple answers for all the questions, but none of the customized additions in the notification.  In fact, I deleted most of the answers from the notification.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Actually, yes. When the form is encrypted, there are no data readable. So, you will receive the Notification emails with the following content:

    So, yes,  I understood most of that.  I am able to receive the encrypted data I received, but I didn't receive the information I requested in the EMAILS.

    But,if I read correctly, I cannot receive emails.

    Apparently the data I received as an encrypted email is not considered  an "email."  That is what confused me.

    You are right. What you receive as a Notification is not the notification email that you have set up at your form's Settings. You were just notified about receiving a new submission. Unfortunately, that is how encryption works. But, if you release the encryption option, you will receive the Notification email you've created.
