There's a different language in my subject line when I get a response, how can I change it?

    Hi. Under my account , I have a form called "custom design promotion"

    The title of this is fine and every setting I can edit is correct, but when someone fills the form and I get the email response, the subject line has text ina  different language. I don't know how or where it's coming from. How can I edit this?
