Uploading

I had a juried art show use Jotform. People submitted digital images of their work. I am trying to upload the images. I click "download the uploads" and I get a message to wait until I receive an email saying they are ready. 

I did this a week ago, and I did this about 12 hours ago. Haven't received any email, and yes, my email address is correct. 

How do I upload without having to do each one singly (there are around 400)?
