Submissions not being emailed to me - sometimes

    submissions are not being emailed to me.  They used to be.  Then I changed the title of the form (only I see this) and now I no longer get emails.  If I submit a form from my computer as a Test, I get a email.  How do I ensure I get emails when I get submissions.

    just got one emailed to me, the prior two were not emailed to me. (with the exception of my test in between the prior two)

    thanks. I did check the spam folder before I asked the question and they
    are not there. I will follow through with your other suggestions.

     I did get the email you sent, I think - it says test and the jpeg attached was code of some sort - sent at 11:01pm last night.   ok, I have whitlisted all 8 ip addresses.  

     

    Before I did this, here are a few examples I did not get emails on

    I have just checked your form and I did not see a notification, just an autoresponder, which is something different.

     

    You should create an email alert called Email Notification if you want to recieve submissions into your email.

    The autoresponder is inttended to be sent to those who have filled the form out.

    Let me explain you something else:

    If you don't want to use our email address noreply@jotform.com,as the sender email,  this is when you need to whitelist our IP addresses. Otherwise it is not necesary.

    I hope this helps you to sort the issue out

    I just added this autoresponder within the last hour. Is there a way I can
    have auto responder and my notification both? I have whitelisted, so that
    should not be an issue any loner. Sorry for my short message, my 3 year
    old is not giving me any space. :)

    Yes, you can have both, just add another email alert and choose the other one.

    Please inform us if the issue still persist

    Can you please try whitelist JotMail's IP's Addresses?

    when I tried that earlier, it wanted a URL, now when I click on it I get a blank pop-up

    yes, I did get a copy. I just noticed that now I have an email from 7 days
    ago, which I did not have 7 days ago. I am wondering if sometimes they get
    hung up and just have a huge delay......
