I am trying to built a form that my teammates can come on and select what shirt they want, what size shirt they want, and if they want a hat too. I thought I did this successfully and it looked really good but then when I went to test it I realized that PayPal was required to to do the "products tab" and I don't want to make my teammates pay me right now, I just want to know what they want. Is there a way to not changed the appearance of the form at all but remove all PayPal functionality?

I have just checked your form and I can see you have switched to the purchase order app, that's indeed a good way to keep the products as well as the payment integration functionality, this avoid to ask the submitter for payment information, they only will get the order details and they can manually send you the payment on a later date and using the desired payment method. Also, it's not possible to have the products listed on a similar way without a payment integration, otherwise you will need to manually list your products using basic fields, perform the calculations and pass the calculated amount to the payment field.
