Why is my premium package not showing in account status?

    Purchased Premium Package - it is not showing in my account status. I received an email confirmation that my payment method had been updated.

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. I'll have to check our records and find out why your account was not upgraded.

    Can I please have the transaction number for your upgrade purchase?
