    Hi, there,

I would like to create an intake form for transformational coaching clients that includes a lot of sensitive information on their family, issues, goals, etc.

I do not have a web site up yet but would like a way for clients to quickly and easily get me this information that I could then download on my own computer (I would send them an email through JotForm?).

To start I would like to use the free version of JotForm since I am just starting out and am not sure what's possible with JotForm yet.

Could you please tell me if what I'm wanting to do is something you offer and which template I would use to create such an intake form?

    Thank you very much!

    Cheers,

    Julie

If your purpose is to collect the information from your clients, then it's possible to achieve that, I would recommend you to check on the following links so you have some information about how to start with JotForm:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-1-Getting+Started+with+JotForm

    https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-2-Create+Forms

You may also browse on our form templates and find any that may work for you: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/

This guide will help you using the form templates: https://www.jotform.com/help/106-How-to-Use-Form-Templates

If you also need to have information about the security on JoForm, then please check this link: https://www.jotform.com/security/

This way you know how secure is JotForm to collect the information.
