Form Submit Button is not working

    When I test my form submission by clicking on the link as a customer, the "Submit Order" button turns to "Please Wait"....then nothing.  It doesn't move forward to the next screen.  Suggestions?

    I tested your form, but I am unable to replicate the issue you reported. I successfully submitted your form an I was redirected to the PayPal checkout page.

    Is your form embedded? If so, please re-embed your form with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue.

    If the issue, still persists provide us the web page URL, so that we can test the form there.
