Form does not fully load and it crashes browser.

    Hi there,

    I created a competition entry form about 3 years ago and we use it every year.

    I made some changes late last year and it tested just fine back then. 

    Today it seems that it doesn't completely load the form properly when I attempt to test it by filling in a form.  The form does not allow me to enter anything in the fields.

    Please help.  Entries for the competition open in 2 days and i need the form to work urgently.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue. Your form does not load completely and it crashes the browser. I cloned your form and the issue persists in cloned form as well. 

    I am reporting it our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    The form from last year also crashes the browser... when last year it ran without a hitch at all...

    I have already reported this issue to our backend team. As per the ticket status, one of our developer is already looking into this issue. Though we cannot provide an ETA on this but we will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    I am becoming anxious now as I really need the form to work by tomorrow
    when entries open for our competition.

    As my colleague mentioned your issue is already assigned to one of our developers and we can not provide you the exact time when the issue will be resolved. 

    I was also able to replicate the issue you reported on my cloned form. I made some test and it seems that the issue is related to conditions. Your form has almost 200 conditions, so I am not sure which condition is causing the issue. When I deleted all conditions on my form the form start working.     Did you edit your form recently or did you add some new conditions? I would suggest you to double check your conditions and check if there is any conflict between them.

    Thanks for your response.
    I opened the form that I used last year and it also now does not work. It
    worked fine last year. This year's form also worked fine prior to Xmas when
    it was edited. I cannot get the form to load let alone edit it now.

    Thank you for attending to this issue for me.
    The prospect of organising my singing competition manually without my
    clever online entry form was not one that I was looking forrward to.
    The form is now active on our website and is functioning as designed.
