How to iview forms on android phones?

I was unable to access a form on my android phone.  I had to switch to the web version of my browser to access the form.

would you kindly elaborate further? If you meant access form on on your phone such that you will be filling the form using your phone, for this you can only access it through your mobile phone's browser.

Once you have had access to the form using your browser you will be accessing mobile version of your form.

If you were accessing your form using the android app and wanted to fill the form using the app, then this is not possible since Mobile App is for form submission management. With this you can only view form submission you have received on your form.
