I have a resume website - I want on one card:
name
email
upload
select a time for a call on my calendar
And I want calendar integration. Do you do that with google calendars?

And I don't want any kind of welcome page, I just want the form to pop up on my page...

UPDATE (February 22, 2019): Direct integration with Google Calendar is available now. You can check our guide on How to Use Google Calendar to Create Events with Your Form to learn more.
You can also have a look at the announcement blog post for our Google Calendar Integration.
If you want to have a name field, an email field, an upload field, and a time field, all in one page, then I suggest you use the "All Question in One Page" layout and not JotForm Cards (Single Question in One Page).
As for integrating the form with Google Calendar, I would like to apologize for we do not have a direct integration. It is, however, available through Zapier — https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/google-calendar
And if you want to have your form to pop up on your page when a link or a button is clicked, I suggest you check this guide that explains how you can do that — How-to-Create-a-Lightbox-Form
You may also find this guide helpful — How-to-Auto-popup-a-Lightbox-Form
If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

A feature request sent to our developers has been opened on your behalf. Once the integration between JotForm and Google Calendar is already available within JotForm without the need of a 3rd party service, we will notify you in this thread the soonest.
