there is an application that I could pass an archive example of a price list in a spreadsheet and my client could order but in the file I would be interested to put only quantities

To my understanding, you are trying to show in the form the data from a spreadsheet, is that correct?
If that is the case, I suggest that you add in your form the Spreadsheet to Form widget.

The Spreadsheet to Form widget should work if there is only one product since it requires a unique code to be entered. If you want to enable the user to enter only the quantity while displaying the products on the form, you may consider using Spreadsheet widget on the form. Alternatively, you may also have separate fields to display the products and have the user to enter the quantity to perform calculation manually by following the guide below:
