I have been using a form with 4 recipient addresses and need to change one of them and when I try to do that, I get a notice that I need to upgrade my account. Is this a new requirement?

As I check your account, I notice that it is currently holding Free subscription plan. Unfortunately, the free subscription accounts are now limited to have only one recipient in the notifications. This has been implemented recently due to abuse of the multiple recipient feature in the notifications. Since you have already added the recipients to the form, they are grandfathered and you'll be able to use them as long as you want. However, if you need to change the recipient, it is required to upgrade the account to a paid subscription plan.
