My login has been suspended

    Hi Jotform Support, I've been advised by Aytekin Tank to contact you for support as I understood that my form is not supposed to have Bank Account number. Please let me know what are the guidelines instead of suspending my account straightaway without informing me in advance.

    Hi,

    In your form, sensitive bank information is requesting, therefore phishing activity is detected by our system.

    Online Form Builders, including JotForm, are sometimes being used for identity theft and we go to great lengths to prevent this. That is why collecting these types of data is considered as phishing activity, as stated in our Terms of Use.

    Our phishing detector will automatically flag the forms found and suspend the account or this can be manually performed by our Staff.

    Because of this situation your account is currently listed under suspended. If let us to delete these fields, we can remove these fields and cancel suspend action on your account.

    Ok please go ahead and delete these fields, and reactivate my account.

    Could you advice what is the best method for my respondents to submit their bank account information to me via Jotform?

    I have removed the guilty fields and re-activated your account back to good status.

    As per our terms, collecting sensitive information is not allowed here in JotForm. However, you can still collect their bank account information by calling them or emailing them and ask your user directly.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to whitelist a range of IP addresses. Please provide us with the individual IP address so that we can whitelist for you.
