    Good day, Jot Team,

    I would like to create an Adoption Form, that allows me to input the client's details, the details about the adoptee and have the client electronically sign the document.

    After this, I would then like to send a copy of the agreement to my email address and the client's email too.

    Is this something that could be achieved with the power of Jotform?

    Of-course, our users notified when their form are submitted via email, also could send a copy to any static email adress or an email address that in email fields. Please check Setting up Email Notifications and Setting up an Autoresponder Email guides for a more and detailed information.
