Urgent!! i have mutiple claims about this error in multiple forms. Any idea?

This is a server side error. And is usually temporary.
Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies?
Then restart your computer. And try it again.

Please let us know if the claims are coming from your clients at different locations? If so, please try to advise the same as advised by Aubrey to you. Otherwise we need to investigate if the issue is only happening at a certain location/region.
