Sub account user not getting my submission limit

    I have a subuser (jblockhus), whose forms i thought should be subject to my 1000 submissions per month. Yet when she logs in, she sees the correct forms, but is at a limit of 3 submisions.

    THis seems to have changed sometime in the last few days.

    What am I missing?

    If the forms were created and used from the sub-user account, instead of in the shared folder, they would be subject to the limits of the sub-user account instead of the limits of your account.  I reset the payment limits for the jblockhus and it looks like they have already deleted the form that caused the account to go over limit.  Have them make sure to create any new forms  in the shared folder.
