People are having trouble paying by cc with this form. I've attached a screenshot and one person's account of what happened. what would cause this?
"I’ve made sure to fill in every field (I think). Have tried both visa and amex. Definitely not a credit card problem. It rejects it immediately before it seems to even process the card. Have any payments gone through?"Page URL:

Can you please connect Payment Integration in your form with Stripe?
Let us know if you are still having the same issue after connecting with Stripe.

I'm afraid that we don't know the exact cause of this issue, probable cause could be that there was certain change/update in how the integration works, which could cause the break.
If the issue re-appears please let us know.
