Can't edit Newly created Form, blank screen shown in form builder

    Created 3 forms last week.

    Now can't edit 1 of the forms.

    I have cleared history, emptied cache, and reset the cookies.

    The other forms created on the same day are editable however when I click on the form  PremierClub Participation Request  to edit all I get is a blank screen. THis happens on multiple browsers and on mutiple workstations which have never even visited jotform before. Please advise as I need to edit the form ASAP and I am trying avoid recreating it.

    I checked your form and was able to reproduce the issue.  There are errors shown in the console that appear to be related to form encryption:

    I will forward this to our developers to have a look.  We will let you know as soon as it is resolved.

    This has been assigned to a developer and given a rather high priority.  At this time I do not have any further updates.  As soon as this has been resolved, we will update this thread.

    Hi this issue is still unresolved. My assumption is it's the same issue that required a developer to fixin the first place. I really need to be able to edit the form. The last time the resolution was reached in about a week. Where does the issue stand today?

    I checked your form and indeed, the issue does seem to have returned.  I will open this ticket again and request and update from the developer assigned.

    Hi David,


    I put in ticket for the recurrence of this issue on March 26th. And it was answered by Aubrey Borke whom said he sent the issue back to the same developer.  Then I responded to the same thread again on April 3rd since the issue was still unresolved, to which you let me know that You would re open the ticket. It has been 10 business days and still no resolution. My team is using the form to collect pertinent data and we need to be able to edit the form since there have been some changes in what we need to collect. How do we expedite this to get to a resolution? There is nothing unique about this form from a user perspective so please let me know what we can do to resolve the issue.

    Please let me know as soon as possible how Jotform will proceed.

    The ticket is indeed still open.  I sent a request for a follow up from the developer assigned.  I am not sure why it was marked as resolved to begin with as the issue does persist.  Apologies for the delay.

    I'm sorry, we needed to investigate deeper and found that an autoresponder template has too large body. It breaks editor, we need to remove it to fix it. Once we remove it, it can't be recovered. So, I need your approval.

    The removal is approved. However does this mean that table data cannot be addeds to autoresponder? There is not guideline that expresses any limit to what can be placed in the body of autoresponder template. If there is please guide me to it.

    As soon as the autoresponder has been removed we will let you know.  Data can be added to the autoresponder template but I believe they are limited to 65,000 characters.

    We have removed the mentioned Auto Responder template. I've checked your form and it works correctly.
