    2) The conditionals fields does not work correctly, i.e.: when I click on the checkbox field "Servizio prenotazione volo" 3 fields should be shown: "Data rientro dall'Italia", "Data di partenza", "Data di arrivo" but nothing happens.

    The condition you set is working correctly on you live form. However, I was able to replicate the issue you reported when I tried to edit a submission from the submission page. The conditional fields are not shown even when the condition is true.

    However, the fields will be shown if you used the edit submission link.

    I will report this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    For now, I can only suggest you to edit your submission using the edit link. To create a submission ID for your submissions you can use this link :

    https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}

    Replace the {id} with the ID of your submission.

    Please, it's URGENT, our work is blocked!

    Our customer can edit their submission on a web page with this code  '<iframe src="https://submit.jotform.com/form.php?' that has the same problem of the Jotform dashboard.

    Editing the submission with  '<iframe src="https://submit.jotform.com/form.php?' there is another problem: all HIDDEN fields are visible, i.e.:

    Codice_contratti_richiesti (interno)

    Fideiussione Y/N (interno)

    Sanitaria Y/N (interno)

    Sanitaria date fisse Y/N (interno)

    I tested the edit link using https://submit.jotform.com/form.php and I was able to replicate the same issue as on the submission page.

    Example: https://www.jotform.com/form.php?formID=80705315517958&sid=3966816856326581666&mode=edit

    I reported this issue to our developers. We can not provide you the exact time when this issue will be resolved, but we will update you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    Until this issue is resolved, please provide your users the edit link with just submission ID.

    https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}

    Example: https://www.jotform.com/edit/3966816856326581666

    Also, please note that your users will not be able to see the hidden fields. Only you as the admin can see the hidden field when editing the submissions. To test this you can check the edit link using incognito mode.

    We do a massive use of forms editing via js embed '<iframe src="https://submit.jotform.com/form.php?'.
    This code is implemented in many pages and is used by a lot of people, so we cannot move to a new kind of editing.

    Is there a way to emulate the incognito access when using the js embed of the form editing?

    Again, the hidden fields are only visible to you or to the owner of the form who is currently logged in to his Jotform account.

    The incognito mode is for demonstration purpose only to show you that users won't see the hidden fields when they edit the submissions. Your users don't actually need to be in incognito mode, we just requested you to be in incognito mode so that you will be editing the submissions on a browser mode that doesn't save a cache or your login session.

    Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

    Ok, I'm waiting for a fast solution of the big problem: conditional fields does not work via  js embed '<iframe src="https://submit.jotform.com/form.php?' and via Jotform dashboard.

    Unfortunately we have not yet received any update form our backend team. I am sending a note to the assigned developer and we will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.

    Please note that the error message you see in the browser console is not related to your form. Its a different unrelated tool but I will go ahead and update the developer on this.
