Quiz App: custom results page is not loading when embedded on SSL enabled websites

    My quizform is sticking on the processing page.  I'd love your help!  Thank you in advance!

    I tested the page URL you provided and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's a screen capture of my test:

    If you're referring to a different form, please provide the link so we can investigate it further.

    Also, is the form embedded on a website? If yes, please provide the link so we can check it.

    Thank you for checking on this.  I'm mystified.  It started working for me as shown above, but then when I was trying to make it so that the autoresponder and notification emails showed the results (score, percentage), it stopped working again.  Here is the direct link: https://form.jotform.me/80458220379459

    You can set e-mails inside the 'Quiz Form App'. So, you do not need to include score and percentage in your notification or autoresponder e-mails.

    From the Quiz Form app, you can set the option like in the below screenshot:

    - You can write your e-mail to 'Email Results to' section to receive user's scores.

    - You can click 'Send Results to this email' button to send results to users.

    -Also; as you have done, you can set 'Show Results to user after submission'.

    By this way, users can see the results both in the e-mails and thank you page after the submitting the form.

    Thank you.  It is still sticking on the 'processing' page when I complete the form here: https://www.sitterwise.com/training-quiz

    I would love it if you could test it? I had set up autoresponders/notifications in JotForm, so I deleted those, hoping the QuizForm ones would kick in then, but so far that hasn't happened.  Would you be able to take another look and advise?  THANK YOU!  I really appreciate your help with this!

    I submitted a test submission to your Quiz form and I was able to replicate the issue. I also got stuck in the Processing message. Here's a screen capture of my test:

    I also submitted another test submission using the form direct link and I was not able to replicate the issue. My test submission was successful.

    I'm so sorry, but even after I embedded it using the website URL, it isn't
    working.  It is hanging on the processing screen as in your screen recording,
    and no notifications are being sent.  The record in the JotForm app does show
    up, but it doesn't have the score.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. 

    Please try re-embedding it again using the iFrame Method. The direct form link is working properly.

    Thank you.  Actually the form link is not working properly.  I have started
    from scratch, read the directions, and tried everything I can possibly think
    of.  What else can I do?  This is a very important part of my website and it
    needs to go live ASAP.  :-/  Thank you for your help!

    Hello Amy,

    Firstly, I made a submission to your form on your website to replicate the problem.

    Then, I embedded clone's of your form to my testing website for further checking.

    I have replicated the problem you had in both situations.

    Also, there are errors in the browser's console which is referring to the mixed content problem.

    I've fixed it for you. It's the unsecure Quiz App redirect link that is causing the problem as shown in the error screenshot. You have this Quiz app link:

    http://quizform.jotform.io/thankyou.php?target=self

    It should be:

    https://quizform.jotform.io/thankyou.php?target=self

    https instead of just http.


    When configuring the Quiz app, make sure to access https://quizform.jotform.io/

    There's a problem with the Quiz app. It is defaulting to non-secure links, and when configured, the app inserts a non-secure link in the form's thank you settings. I have modified the ticket for you. We'll keep you updated.

    Hello Amy,

    I just made a test submissions to your form. Could you check your email please? It would be fine if you can check your spam/junk folders, too.

    Also, I have changed 'http' to 'https' on my clone form, too. Then, I tested it by embedding to a website. I could receive the email.

    I have cleared your form caches. I can suggest you to re-embed your form to your website and open your website on the browser's incognito mode.

    Also, I see that the problem is escalated to our development team. We will notify you via this thread once the problem is completely resolved.

    Give it a try. Let us know, how it goes.

    The https issue should be resolved by now.

    Quiz App will use https for thank you pages from here on out.
