I actually figured out my question - but wasn't sure how to delete so I just deleted the text :)
But I do have another question. Do you all have on the product roadmap the ability to automate the upload of a form submission as a pdf to a new Trello task that gets created?

Unfortunately this is not possible with the integration. What happens is you will choose fields that will need to update your Trello account and if you need to create tasks this fields chosen will trigger the option of creating a new task with details you have linked it to.
