It just tries and then nothing happens, forwarding does not work, direct download does not work.. help

I have tested both functionalities on your forms and they work, please see the email I received when forwarding a submission:
Are you experiencing issues with both forms on your account?
Which specific download feature are you using?
Download all uploads, download submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF.
Please provide us more details about it as well as the form where the error happens, we will have a look on it.

Are you referring to the "Download all uploads" option?
Please note that there will be a different on the different download options, for example, the Excel/CSV/PDF reports size will not be affected depending on the files uploaded on the form, but the "Download all uploads" option will indeed vary depending on the files that have been submitted on the form.
