How to create an approval email workflow?

Hi!

   I am creating one large form for 13 campuses.  We want to have the first selection be what campus they are asking to reserve a space on - and based on that answer, the questions will only be conditioned to that campus.  Once they hit submit we want the form to go only to that campus' facilities coordinator.  Is this possible to do with Jotforms?  Meaning - can the form go to different people based on the answers selected?  We then want to somehow "approve" it and automatically send emails to other people that its approved.  Does this make any sense?  Thank you!
