Trouble setting up an additional payment method.

Good afternoon!  I'm trying to set up a check payment as an option in addition to PayPal on a couple of forms.  I went through and set up the field conditions (which works fine) but when I go to Submit after selecting "Check," I'm still taken to the PayPal login page.  How can we fix this?  Thank you!
