How to link the question to a URL?

Thank you. We would like to be able to have a question linked to something that would explain the question in more detail. Like maybe to a page on a website or a Youtube video…… We just found the “hove” text in advanced which we are not trying, but would still like to know if it were possible to link a particular question in a survey to a url or Youtube… Thanks

If you are going to use the single choice or multiple choice field, adding a hyperlink is not possible as the form will strip the URL link.

You can use the "Text" field element to add hyper link.
