How to remove JotForm branding from forms?

Hello, we have built a form for a client and don't want the JotForm branding on the thank you page and email response page, specifically the "Now create your own JotForm - It's free" on the thank you page and the same thing on the auto-response email. 

If there is an easy way to remove that I would appreciate you pointing me in the right direction.

To remove the JotForm branding, please follow:

1) Go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

2) Uncheck this option at the bottom of the page:
