Forms on Facebook

    Is there a limit to the number of forms you can offer on Facebook with the basic version? I have one now but when trying to add another it doesn't have my desired page listed.

    There is no difference between the plans on the number of forms you can have on Facebook.

    You can only add One Form (Tab) per page.
