Hello. I am creating a PDF binder to be used for my clients. I would like to have at the end of certain sections a fillable PDF that the client can open, fill out and send to a Dropbox folder. Is it possible to include a jotform link inside an existing PDF? Thanks!

You will need to consult with the support team of the software you're using if they allow to add links on the PDF, I found some links that may help you:
http://www.dummies.com/software/adobe/acrobat/add-interactive-links-to-pdf-documents/
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/links-attachments-pdfs.html
If you only need to add the form's link to the PDF, then you may get it following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
JotForm forms can be downloaded as PDF fillable as well, to get more information about it, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/312-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator-with-All-Points
You may also integrate your form with Dropbox and have submissions sent to your Dropbox account: https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm
I hope this helps.
