Transform existing form into a card?

    Hi, 

    Can existing form be transformed into a card?

    Yes, to transform a Classic Form to Card Form, you may follow a few simple steps shown below.

    1. Go to Settings tab.

    2. Press Show More Options under Form Settings.

    3. Find Form Layout by scrolling down, and change it to Single Question in One Page
