I am unable to have the responses sent directly to my email. I have set it up for that but I must still access the jotform site to see the responses.

    Hi there,

    I have checked your e-mail address on our bounce list(list of returned mail) and have not found it.

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Here are a couple of suggestions to ensure that you receive your e-mail alerts:

    * Whitelist our Jotmails ip addresses or ask your email service provider to do it for you.

    * Delete your current notifications and create a new one.

    * Also, a good suggestion would be to set the sender address to noreply@jotform.com  on your form notifications.
