Why is changing form layout not sending notification PDF attachments?

Hello.

I used the "Single Question per Page" form with an document upload option. The Form ist working online, but the uploaded document isn't attached to the final email.

Is it only working in the "One Page" form?

I tested a clone of your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to receive notification with attachment when on both single page all question and Single page one question layouts.
