today I've tested Jot-Form and it worked super. But only the one time. When I filled out for testing the second time, the following response occur: "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.!
What goes wrong?

When I checked your form, I've seen the unique submission option is enabled, which prevents users from submitting multiple entries.
1. Go to Settings tab in builder page.
2. Press Show More Options.
3. Change Unique Submissions option to a suitable one.
