Can I save a partially completed form, then send link to client to complete with additional information and submit back?

Can I save a partially completed form, then send link to client to complete with additional information and submit back?

Background is that I need to partially complete same form (template) and send to other clients who also need to complete and submit back.

Or is it an option or possibility to do the above via my website?

With a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement. User can save the input data in session that is stored in our server. Please be noted that this feature requires two forms and the main form should have the "Page Break" field. The data is saved only on the click of the next button. You can submit first form to create the session URL of the second form. You can use the session URL to save the input data in form and then share the session URL with your client to complete the rest of the form. Your client will be able to see the form saved by you and complete the remaining form fields.
