how to get the submissions without exporting recurrently

on another note. ... Is there anyway to peruse & copy/paste a 'list' of my event registrations WITHOUT downloading.  Sometimes I need to update a couple of times a day & let another member of my team know who has registered but not interesting in downloading a new file each time?
