Can a jotform survey be anonymous?

You can create a form that will not have the fields that are used to collect personal info like Name, Email, Phone, etc. However, we do collect the IP addresses of the form submitters. In most cases, it should not be a problem since the IP can be the same if you open the form from the same office, or if you do not know which IP belongs to which user.
