We overhauled our mail system to office 365 cloud exchange server and since we did, we are not getting notification emails. We are getting all other emails properly but the email notifications from our form sumissions do not come through.
We have tried to change the email address in the notification to another email that is a different server, for instance a gmail address, and then can't get the form to send there either, but it seems as if when doing the test email it's not sending to the different addresses we put in the send to field.

Have you tried to whitelist our jotmail IP addresses ? Please do this and let us know if you still have the same issue.
