    How to handling removing questions...

Asked by alliphil on October 23, 2012 at 03:33 PM

From time to time, forms change and evolve and I'd like to remove a question or two in the updating process.  However, I'd like to retain the responses I got from previous survey entries.

Is there a way to hide questions that I no longer want to use or is there some other way to handle removing a question from an existing form without deleting the data that already exists for that form?

    Hello there!

Yes there are a couple of ways you can hide a field.

One would be by using a condition.  And the other would be by injecting CSS code.

We would be glad to assist you with that if you wish.

Simply let us know what form and which field you would like to hide.

Removing a question from your form after they answer it, would require a manual edit task of it as this cannot be changed dinamically. You will not lose any data by doing this, but if your form will be filled out by many users, this might become a headache.

Please describe the scenario better, probably like Ed mentioned, using conditional logics would be an alternative.
