Why is our Paypal Payment not working?

    Hi there,

    I'm totally new to jotforms, but it comes highly recommended and I'd love to make it work for me.

    I have a PayPal account in France--technically it's a business account, but apparently, it's not a 'pro' account?

    I tried using that button but I couldn't verify my account info and got a 'merchant country not supported error' message. 

    So...I'd use the regular PayPal option?? But on the form elements (payments tab) the only highlighted option is the PayPal pro...

    Like I said, I'd like to be able to use jotforms, but I'm not sure I can...

    Kindly note that you can only use one payment in a form. So in this case you will need to delete the Paypal Pro payment and use the Paypal payment.

    Kindly delete the Paypal Pro and and use the guide below to add payment to your form.
