Hi,
I have an assessment that has three separate parts to it.
I'd like each section to be scored, and then I'd like to compare each section in order to determine which section has the lowest score, and then redirect people to a custom URL based on that scoring metric.
To be clearer, this is a marital assessment and it's broken down into three categories: communication, self-worth, and shared responsibilities. They answer questions in each section. Then each section is scored separately so they can see what their biggest issue really is. Then, based on the lowest scoring section, they're redirected to a URL with information on how to help in that area.
In an ideal world, I'd also love to be able to average out the scores of all three sections so they can "score" their marital satisfaction overall based on specific metrics.
I know this is a lot... Can I do this on JotForm?
Thanks!
Kate

Yes, you can do this on Jotform.
To differentiate a section you can use the Section Collapse field.
-Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Section-Collapse-Field
In scoring, you can either use the single choice or Short text entry and assign a value

to be added using the Form Calculation widget or conditional logic.
Here is a guide -How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
In getting the score, you can either setup to redirect the page when submitted or create your won thank you page when the form has been submitted.
Here are some guide.
